Ningbo Fuda Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., had the original name of "Zhejiang Vacuum Cleaner Factory", established in 1989. The co***ny reformed system and for joint-stock co***ny in 1993, sanctioned and listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1996. It is the only co***ny in the same line of manufacture in China. It hold five subordinate filiale and four branch co***nies.
